Making a difference in our world for Jesus Christ
Man's Problem...Sin - Man chose to sin against God rather than to serve him. We are all born into
sin, we inherited it. Nothing we do here on earth can make us acceptable in God's sight. "For all
have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23, Ephesians 2:8-9.
Sin's Penalty...Death - Separation from God forever, or in other words; hell. "For the wages of sin is
death..." Romans 6:23, Revelation 20:15.
Christ's Payment...The Cross - Jesus willingly left heaven to come to earth and be the ultimate
sacrifice for our sins. His blood bridges the gap that separates us from God because of sin. He did
that because he loves us. "But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
Our Acceptance...Turn and trust - We must turn from our sins and personally receive Jesus Christ as
our Savior. Trusting in what he did for us and having faith is the only way to a relationship with God
and eternal life in Heaven. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father but bye me." John 14:6, Acts 3:19
God's Promise...Eternal life with Him in heaven. "He that heareth my word, and believeth on him
that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death
unto life." John 5:24
This is the only way to heaven! It doesn't matter what religion you are, what background, race or
nationality you are. What matters is that Christ died for us to give us a way to have eternal life. All
you have to do is accept His free Gift. If you are willing, then say this simple prayer: "God, I know
I'm a sinner. I want to turn away from my sins now, and turn to you. I know your Son Jesus died
on the cross for me, and I want to accept Him as my Lord and Savior. Thank you Jesus. Amen." If
you said that prayer, then all of Heaven is rejoicing right now because of your decision to follow
